Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, macadamia nuts, and melted butter; mix well. Press into a 9” tart pan with a removable bottom. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1/3 cup coconut syrup, rum, and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust and refrigerate overnight

- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ¼ cup Guava Syrup
- Mix and brush on during grilling
Coconut Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Simmer and toss with stir-fried veggies and chicken
Coconut-Pineapple Ham Glaze
- ½ cup Coconut-Pineapple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
Strawberry-Guava Salad Dressing
- ¼ cup Strawberry-Guava Syrup
- ¼ cup olive oil

Tropical Shrimp Skewers (Coconut-Pineapple Glaze)
- Mix Coconut-Pineapple Syrup, soy sauce, and lime juice.

Strawberry-Guava Vinaigrette

- Mix Coconut Syrup, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

Hawaiian Iced Coffee (Coconut Syrup)
- Brew strong iced coffee.
- Add 1 Tbsp Coconut Syrup and milk.
- Shake with ice, serve cold.
OHR Daiguiri
- 1 oz. OHR Guava or Strawberry Guava syrup
- 1 Juice of one small lime
Guava Margarita (Adult)
- Tequila, lime juice, triple sec.
- 1 oz Guava Syrup.
- Shake with ice, serve with a salted rim.
Strawberry-Guava Lemonade
- Mix lemonade with 2 Tbsp Strawberry-Guava Syrup.
- Serve over ice, garnish with a lemon slice.
Chi Chi
- 1 wedge fresh pineapple
- 3 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. OHR Coconut Syrup (try guava or strawberry-guava)
- ½ oz. Lemon Juice
- 3 oz. Vodka
- 1 c. Crushed Ice
- Process pineapple in a blender or drink mixer until smooth. Add Pineapple Juice, coconut syrup, lemon juice, vodka, and crushed ice.
Pineapple Colada Spritzer
(Coconut-Pineapple Syrup)
- Sparkling water or ginger ale.
- 2 Tbsp Coconut-Pineapple Syrup.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Desserts & Sweet Treats
Plantation Muffins
- 1 1/3 c. Whole Wheat flour
- 2/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Milk
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 TBS OHR Guava, Pineapple, Strawberry-guava, or Coconut Pineapple syrup
- 2 TBS Melted Butter
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, sift together whole-wheat flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat together milk, egg, Syrup, and melted butter, and stir into the flour mixture. Spoon into a muffin pan to half-fill. Bake 15 minutes to 18 minutes. Cool and serve.
OHR Prawn/Shrimp Barbeque
- 2 lb. Large Shrimp or Prawns
- ½ c. OHR Guava, Coconut-Pineapple, or Strawberry-Guava syrup
- 1 TBS Vinegar
- 1 TBS Brown sugar
- ½ tsp Minced fresh Ginger
- Rinse prawns/shrimps and place in a large bowl. Combine OHR syrup, vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger, and pour over prawns/shrimp. Marinate 2-3 hours. BBQ or Broil 6” from the heat for 7-8 minutes, turning occasionally. Heat the marinade and serve it as a dip.
Guava Sour Cream Coffee Cake
- 1 ½ c. Sugar
- ¾ c. Butter or margarine softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 ½ tsp. Baking Powder
- ¾ tsp. Baking Soda
- ¾ tsp. Salt
- 1 ½ c. Sour Cream
- ½ c. Guava Jam
- 2 tsp. OHR Guava Syrup
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Butter a 12-cup bundt pan or two 9x5x3 loaf pans. Combine sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl at medium speed for two minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Combine Flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. On low speed, beat the flour mixture alternately with the sour cream. Blend together guava jam and cinnamon. Spread 1/3 of the batter (about 2 cups) in the pan, then dollop 1/2 of the guava jam mixture; repeat twice with the batter, then once more with the guava jam. Bake for 1 hour, or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool slightly, remove from the pan. Cool 10 minutes. Blend the powdered sugar and guava syrup until smooth. Drizzle glaze over coffee cake. Makes 12 servings

- Mix coconut milk + Coconut-Pineapple Syrup.
- Pour into molds, freeze overnight.
